30th Annual Napoleon Invitational

The Napoleon Aquatic Club is a premier youth sports program in the Northwest Ohio area. There are many benefits to getting your child involved in competitive swimming, including:
Swimming promotes physical development.Swimming develops aerobic endurance and is one of the most beneficial forms of cardiovascular exercise.Swimming enhances a child's natural flexibility and promotes muscle development.Swimming develops superior coordination.Swimming is the most injury-free of all children's sports.Swimming is a sport that will bring children fitness and enjoyment for life.Swimming promotes time management and is one of the top academically achieving sports
Dedicated to fun, fitness and competition, the Napoleon Aquatic Club (NAC) has provided excellence in USA Swimming competition for over 40 years. The club has maintained a Learn-to-Swim program and a competitive swim team, supported by parents from Napoleon and other surrounding areas as a non-profit affiliate of USA Swimming nationally and of Ohio Swimming regionally.
NAC has a program to meet the needs of every child. Our purpose is both to develop the swimmer into an accomplished athlete and to build individual character. Training starts with our Learn-to-Swim program for beginning swimmers. The program boasts certified, experienced instructors and a low student-teacher ratio, insuring that each child gets individual attention. Our instructors are qualified adults and high school swimmers who understand body position and getting a feel for the water. Once children have gained the necessary skills, they may move to the swim team. NAC is divided into five groups, allowing swimmers to smoothly progress in technique, strength and conditioning. In addition to swimming, workouts include dry land training and stretching exercises. Stroke and technique are stressed at all levels.
Over the years, the Napoleon Aquatic Club has established themselves as one of the best swimming teams in Northwest Ohio. More important than accomplishments alone, NAC takes pride in offering a program for all ages and ability levels. Age group swimming builds a strong foundation for a lifetime of good physical and mental health by teaching time management, self-discipline and healthy fitness habits. Napoleon Aquatic Club teaches the ideals of honesty, integrity, fair play and sportsmanship in addition to the techniques and values of hard work and dedication.
