NAC Announcements

 As you all know, the weekend of June 19, 20 and 21 is a big weekend for our club. Friday starts with Rib Fest and our club will be cooking ribs again this year. This is a big money maker for our club and the money we make from this event helps keep our club dues and fees down.

We need as much help as possible. We need people that can help with set up starting around noon on Friday and then help with cooking and serving throughout the event including clean up. We will also need help with rubbing the ribs on Wednesday and pre-cooking on Thursday

We will divide Friday into two main shifts from 4:00 to 6:30 and then 6:30-9:00 as well as a third clean up shift from 10:00 – 11:00. Each shit will need 4 people to cook and 5 people to work in the serving tent.

Several people signed up at the parents meeting but we still need additional help. If you don’t have kids swimming on Friday night please volunteer for a rib fest shift.
